Our Story

Modena, (Moh’ den ah) located halfway between Venice and Florence, has given the world many delights.

Located in the Po River valley, known as “Motor Valley,” it is the home of Ferrari, Lamborghini, Ducati and Maserati. The city was also home to Luciano Pavarotti.

Nowhere are the superlatives greater than in Modena’s food. Famous for its balsamic vinegar, the city has given the world’s table parmagiano-reggiano cheese, prosciutto ham, tortellini and tagliatelle pasta, cotechino sausage and Lambrusco wine.

We honor the heritage of our namesake.
